Purpose: The purpose of the Summit is to bring school district teams from across the state of Indiana together to learn about creating the conditions for learning and to educate the whole child. The Summit offers nationally recognized keynote/plenary speakers as well as breakout sessions, most of which are conducted by professional educators who are doing this work in their school districts and are willing to share their experiences and expertise with the collective group. Summit attendance has grown from 450 attendees in 2019 to 700 in 2020 to over 1,200 (virtual) in 2021 which demonstrates demand for the Summit’s learning and sharing opportunities.
Need: The cost to offer an exceptional Summit without sponsorship dollars is high. As a result, the fee for school district personnel to attend may be cost prohibitive. Sponsorship dollars defray Summit expenses and allow educators to attend at a much-reduced cost. Levels of sponsorship and accompanying benefits are included below. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor please contact Dr. Kristy Eaton, Assistant Director of the Indiana School Mental Health Initiative, at email@example.com.
