Having been in the education field for over 18 years, I am passionate about supporting educators in getting back to what they know and believe about good teaching. I view my role as a facilitator of systems change, and push for schools to implement evidence-based strategies that include the systems and data necessary to sustain implementation, and support educators in building the skills necessary to initiate lasting change.
